DJ ZINHLE HEADLINES SECOND PHASE OF DIVA’S CONCERT LINE-UP

South African powerhouse DJ, producer, and TV personality DJ Zinhle has officially been unveiled as the headline act in the Second Phase of the all-female DJ line-up for the upcoming 5th annual Diva’s Concert, set for Sunday, 31 August 2025, at The Olive Country Lodge, Sidvokodvo.

Themed as an all-day music celebration of women in entertainment, this year’s milestone edition promises to be the biggest yet. The event is presented by The Sunday Chill-Out and organized by NewLife Entertainment. Festivities will kick off at 12 noon and run until late, in a showcase of genre-defying talent from Eswatini and beyond.

Festival Director Thembinkosi Mthethwa expressed excitement over the expanded format: “The Diva’s Concert is about celebrating and empowering women in entertainment. This year, we’re amplifying that mission with a carefully curated line-up that spans genres, cultures, and generations.”

DJ Zinhle born Ntombezinhle Jiyane Mohosana (born 30 December 1982) known professionally as DJ Zinhle, is a South African DJ, producer, businesswomen, media personality. Zinhle has also pursued an acting career. She made her on-screen debut as judge in Jika MaJika, Idols South Africa, Turn It On, and 1’s and 2’s (2021) and appeared as a guest on the television series eKasi: Our Stories (2011), Play Your Part (2012), Tropika Island of Treasure (2012), The Close Up, Rhythm City, and her own TV reality show, DJ Zinhle The Unexpected. Born in Dannhauser, a small town in Kwa-Zulu Natal, DJ Zinhle has become one of the most celebrated female house DJs in South Africa.

DJ Zinhle will headline the female DJ cast and be joined by some of Eswatini’s finest spinners, including Trend Twins, DJ Lady Cream, Ndumz_DJ, Ash, ItsAllBlaq+, Lady Zee, Wassabee, and DJ Expo.

The second phase announcement follows the unveiling of the First phase of performers, which includes:

Sarnilo (Samketi Ntando Dlamini) – Malawian-Eswatini Afro-fusion sensation fusing siSwati and Chichewa to create a pan-African soundscape.

Siphokazi Maraqana – South African jazz icon best known for Amacala and winner of multiple Metro FM Awards and a South African Music Award (SAMA) for Best Newcomer.

Nothando Hlophe – Eswatini’s beloved gospel powerhouse, celebrated for her deeply moving and spiritual performances.

Floewe Dladla – Soul legend whose timeless voice brings a golden touch of nostalgia.

Velemseni Ndzimandze – Rising Afro-soul artist known for her heartfelt lyrics and modern flair.

Cleopatra Methula – Eswatini’s queen of country, acclaimed for her unique, genre-blending sound.

Originelle (Makhosazana Thwala) – Bold and lyrical hip-hop artist bringing edge to the stage.

Tickets are now available via Howler, Computicket, MoMo, and Moja Ticket, priced at E250 for General Access and E550 for VIP Experience.

Last year’s 4th edition, hosted at Happy Valley Gardens in Ezulwini, featured South African singer Zoe Modiga as the headliner and spotlighted local artists such as Dzelisile Mdluli Lekgowe, Tengesihle Mimi Gwebu, Rina Mthethwa, Buhle Matsenjwa, Beezae, Leebombo, Lindelwa “Mvelo” Tsabedze, Hailey Thomas, and Stella Jacobs.
