Manzini Club To Come Alive This Saturday!

Manzini is set to come alive this Saturday with the highly anticipated, 60’s themed, Manzini Lions Club Annual Family Fun Day – hosted by the Manzini Lions Club and organized by Swaziboy Entertainment.

The city will be buzzing with activity as both local and international acts take to the stage for a day packed with entertainment, music, games, and family fun.

This was announced by Mthunzi ‘Shadow’ Zwane of Swaziboy Entertainment, who is coordinating the event on behalf of the Manzini Lions Club.

“This is going to be a more family-based event, with many exciting games from carnival setups to traditional indigenous games,” said Zwane. “We’re aiming to bring back the spirit of family, especially as the festive season approaches.”

A Celebration of Fashion, Music, and Connection

The event promises a full day of activities tailored for all ages. Children will enjoy a wide array of fun including face painting, jumping castles, puppet shows, and arts and crafts. Many games are designed for children to enjoy with their parents and peers, encouraging family bonding through shared experiences.

From the moment guests arrive, they’ll be welcomed by the sounds of uplifting music from local bands and talented singers to energetic DJs spinning family-friendly tunes. The main stage will feature performances throughout the day, including kid-friendly acts, cultural showcases, and crowd-pleasing favorites that will have the entire family dancing and singing along.

While the kids are having fun, parents can relax in shaded areas, enjoy delicious food from a variety of stalls, and browse through community and vendor booths.

“The event is all about connection, celebration, and creating a safe, welcoming space for families to enjoy quality time together,” Zwane added.
