Nyangu’s Paradise Launches Groundbreaking Parenting Masterclass Series to Transform How Parents Support Learning at Home

Nyangu’s Paradise, a leading reading and learning support centre known for helping children with literacy challenges and dyslexia, has announced the launch of its Parenting Masterclass Series, set to take place on Saturday, November 29th, 2025 at Sibane Sami Hotel.

The Masterclass marks a major step in equipping parents and educators with practical, science-based tools to help children thrive, not only in school, but in life. The event will take place in Ezulwini for parents across the country to easily attend.

“So many parents want to help their children learn but simply don’t know where to start,” said Nyangu Mushambi, Founder of Nyangu’s Paradise. “This Masterclass bridges that gap. We’re combining what actually works in classrooms with what’s realistic for busy families at home.”

The launch event will feature an impressive lineup of speakers, including:

  • Nyangu Mushambi, a reading specialist with over 27 years of experience in literacy intervention
  • Chase Gold, a successful ex-diplomat from the USA with dyslexia, who went on to work with the U.S. Department of State, sharing his inspiring story of overcoming learning challenges

Together, they will offer parents a holistic look at how a child’s brain, emotions, and environment shape learning and how small, consistent strategies at home can lead to lifelong success.

A Mission-Driven Movement

The Parenting Masterclass Series is part of Nyangu’s Paradise’s larger mission to build a generation of confident readers and critical thinkers in Eswatini. The Nyangu Reading Program serves children who have struggled with reading or missed foundational instruction, and also prepares preschoolers for academic success.

“Schools can’t do it alone. Parents are the missing link,” Mushambi explained. “When we empower parents, we strengthen entire communities.”
