The fashion theme this year is ‘Threads of Time’ and speaks to a beautiful blend of history, evolution and through storytelling and design.
Mastercard will again be partnering and making it happen this year and will be hosting the Luju Fashion Runway on their stage, where six local designers will be bringing their concepts to life alongside guest international designer; Thula Sindi who will be showcasing his exclusive line and engaging and exchanging a wealth of knowledge with fashion enthusiasts at the 2nd edition Fashion Indaba taking place just a day before the main Event kicks off!
Thula Sindi (ZA) – supported by Mastercard
Known for his timeless, globally-inspired designs with a distinct African elegance, Thula Sindi brings decades of international runway experience to the Luju stage. He will debut an exclusive collection alongside Swazi talent and share strategies for scaling African fashion at the Luju Fashion Indaba. A moment of inspiration, collaboration and celebration, rooted in creativity and powered by partnership. Thula Sindi’s appearance at Luju is supported by Mastercard.
Kwenzi Zwane, Black Degree (SZ)
Black Degree explores black identity, resilience, and creativity, encouraging people to invest in themselves. At Luju, Kwenzi curates a collection based on authenticity, exploration and diversity.
Seluliwe Mdluli, Crochet by Selu (SZ)
Crochet By Selu’s Luju collection is inspired by Africa’s rich culture and beauty, blending traditional techniques with modern twists and incorporating innovative materials like Ankara fabric for a fresh, eclectic look.
Maureen Massingue, Kotini Kouture (SZ)
Kotini Kouture makes high-end contemporary womenswear. The Luju collection concept is Kutfomba: The Tale of a Swati woman.



Nothando Dlamini, Rose Peti (SZ)
Rose Peti is a brand that celebrates women’s uncompromising resilience and passion for life, with the belief that that simplicity and elegance cannot work without either.
Madoda Vilakati, Ruff Cut (SZ)
This upcycling denim fabric designer is deeply inspired by the roots and evolution of African printed fabrics. His Lujucollection fuses denim with bold African prints, rich in symbolism, history, and vibrant colours.
Fortunate Mdluli, Kayses Creations (SZ)
Fortunate Mdluli creates a streetstyle Luju collection, usingAfrican fabrics with a modern contemporary twist.
Sthembile Masuku, The House of Dandy (SZ)
The House of Dandy and Khokho have collaborated to create an exciting design collection.
