Free Movie Screenings Add Entertainment to Trade Fair

Visitors to the 58th Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) can enjoy free movie screenings this week, with two popular films set to take over the big screen at the UNDP Sustainability Centre.

The screenings, presented courtesy of Movie Zone, will give Trade Fair visitors an opportunity to take a break from the exhibition activities and enjoy free entertainment with family and friends.

The first screening takes place today, Wednesday, September 2, at 4:00 PM, featuring Michael, the 2026 biographical film about global music icon Michael Jackson.

Starring Jaafar Jackson in his film debut, Michael follows the superstar’s journey from his early days with the Jackson 5 to his rise as one of the world’s most influential entertainers.

On Friday, September 4, at 4:00 PM, visitors can watch G20, an action thriller starring Viola Davis as U.S. President Danielle Sutton.

The film follows President Sutton as she confronts an attack on the G20 summit and works to protect her family, fellow world leaders and her country.

EITF Spokesperson Siphesihle Nkhabindze said the screenings were part of the broader entertainment experience being offered to visitors during the Trade Fair.

“We invite families, young people, exhibitors and everyone attending the Trade Fair to come through, enjoy the movies and make the most of the EITF experience. Best of all, entry is free,” said Nkhabindze.

The 58th EITF, which began on August 28, is running until September 6, 2026, at the Mavuso Trade and Exhibition Centre in Manzini.

Visitors have been encouraged to arrive early, as seating for the free screenings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
