The Eswatini Theatre Club in Mbabane is buzzing with excitement this November as it rolls out another inspiring month-long program of performances, creativity, and cultural celebration.
From childrenโs theatre productions to music showcases, the venue promises something special for everyone, and at the heart of it all is one of the most anticipated shows of the season, The Foyer Series featuring the legendary Gogo Mpila, supported by rising star Sarnilo.
The program kicks off with Emantjwele Childrenโs Theatre presenting Josephโs Amazing Technicoloured Dream Coat from 5 to 8 November.

This colourful adaptation is set to bring families together through laughter, learning, and vibrant storytelling.
With ticket prices ranging from E60 for children to E100 for adults, itโs an accessible experience designed to ignite the imagination of young audiences and inspire the next generation of theatre lovers.
But the biggest highlight of the month arrives on 21 November, when the spotlight shines on Gogo Mpila; one of Eswatiniโs most treasured traditional musicians. Her performance at The Foyer Series promises to be a soul-stirring evening of music, heritage, and storytelling.
Having mastered traditional instruments such as the Sikhoyane (Makhoyane) and Stolotolo since 1961, Gogo Mpila represents a living archive of Eswatiniโs indigenous musical traditions.

Her artistry has drawn researchers and admirers from across Africa and South America, making her performance an unmissable cultural experience.
Joining her on stage is the dynamic Sarnilo, Eswatiniโs fast-rising singer-songwriter known for her powerful vocals and fresh Afro-soul sound.
Her recent single, Donโt Be Shy featuring Nana Magagula, has been making waves, positioning her as one of the countryโs most exciting young talents. Together, Gogo Mpila and Sarnilo will bridge generations through sound, uniting traditional rhythms with contemporary expression.
Tickets for The Foyer Series are E100 at the door, with doors opening at 6 PM. As the year draws to a close, the Eswatini Theatre Clubโs November lineup celebrates creativity, community, and cultural pride , proving once again that the arts are alive and thriving in the heart of Mbabane.
