Royal Musiq Replaces Jazzwrld and Thukuthela at Eswatini Farmers Market 2026

The Eswatini Farmers Market 2026 has announced a major change to its entertainment line-up, with South African Amapiano producer, DJ and performer Royal Musiq set to take the stage following the withdrawal of previously announced acts Jazzwrld and Thukuthela.

The highly anticipated festival is scheduled for October 10 at Malkerns Country Club, where music, fashion, arts, food and lifestyle will come together for the fifth edition of the Farmers Market experience.

Royal Musiq, a rising name in the South African Amapiano scene, is known for a string of popular releases including “Wadibusa,” “ZENZELE,” “BAPHI,” “Ke Wave,” “TEZE” and “AmaRider.” The artist will bring his energetic sound to Eswatini, promising a live experience for Amapiano lovers and festival-goers.

The announcement follows confirmation from Farmers Market organisers that Jazzwrld and Thukuthela will no longer perform at the festival. According to the organisers, the two acts had been booked and paid for, but their management subsequently informed the event team that they had opted to honour an international engagement instead.

The change left organisers with the task of reshaping the entertainment programme just days ahead of the festival.

Rather than cancelling the event, Farmers Market has moved quickly to refresh the line-up, with Royal Musiq now stepping into the spotlight.

Fans can expect the South African performer to bring his signature Amapiano sound to the Malkerns Country Club stage, alongside his family of dancers, adding a visual and energetic element to the live performance.

The replacement is likely to generate excitement among festival-goers who were disappointed by the departure of Jazzwrld and Thukuthela. Organisers have encouraged fans not to cancel their plans, emphasising that the fifth edition of Farmers Market is still going ahead.

The festival team previously acknowledged the disappointment surrounding the changes, saying that they understood fans had been looking forward to the original acts. However, they also promised that the refreshed programme would continue to deliver music, experiences and surprises.

With Royal Musiq now confirmed, attention turns to what promises to be a high-energy Amapiano performance on October 10.

Fans of the genre can look forward to singing along to some of Royal Musiq’s recognisable tracks, dancing to his productions and experiencing his performance alongside his dancers.

The Farmers Market event is expected to bring together music lovers, creatives, food enthusiasts and fashion-conscious festival-goers for a full day of entertainment and lifestyle experiences.
